The Kiwalk mobile application is distributed through the Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) and Google Play (Google LLC), subject to their respective terms of use and payment.

Intellectual property

The Kiwalk name and logo, the mascot "Kiko", the "Kiwi" reward unit, and all text, graphics, interfaces, and source code of the app and website are the exclusive property of AxentSoftware SAS and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

Except for a single copy made for personal, non-commercial use, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute or exploit any element of Kiwalk without our prior written permission.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Kiwalk website or app that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent French courts.
